Yes — every listing on Rummah comes from agents with valid Malaysian REN (Real Estate Negotiator) or REA (Real Estate Agent) registration under LPPEH. Registration numbers are displayed on each listing.
Are the prices shown the final transaction prices?▼
No — listed prices are the asking prices set by the agent or owner. Final transacted prices are typically negotiated 5–10% below asking for sales and 5% below for rentals. Use our /transactions page for historical transacted price data.
How often are listings updated?▼
Listings are added by agents in real time and refresh within minutes of publishing. Sold and rented properties are removed by agents to keep search results current.
